The Most Popular Travel Spots in Hong Kong

Hong Kong is a city with many secrets. Bbut it also has plenty of tourist attractions that virtually everyone who visits the city heads to.

One of the most delightful and breathtaking of all of them is known as Tthe Peak. This is basically a chance to get one of the most stunning views over all of Hong Kong – and it shouldn’'t be missed.

If you go up the Peak Tower – an unusual and eye catching building – you will be able to visit the Sky Terrace. This enables you to get the best view of all, because you can see out of all sides, giving you a complete 360 degree view of the city. And iif all that leaves you feeling rather peckish make sure you stop off at one of the restaurants you’'ll also find inside the Ttower.

There are also some more unusual activities to be had in Hong Kong. One of the most unusual of the lot would surely be an escalator. Now that might sound bizarre, but when you learn that it is 800a full eight hundred metres long, you’'ll see why there is such a desire to ride it!

The escalator is covered and some parts are of the type you would see at an airport, so there are no steps to walk up. It gradually climbs uphill and is generally thought of as a moving sidewalk or pavement. The good news is that there are plenty of shops and places to visit along its length, so you really could spend the whole day exploring the area that the escalator runs through.

The escalator certainly gives you a different view of the city, but you can also get a view from the waters of Victoria Harbour. The famous Star Ferry should be an essential part of any stay in Hong Kong, as it enables you to get some stunning photos of the city from a different perspective.

You can take a tour of the harbour on one of their ferries, which is of a 1920’'s design. And wWhat’'s more, you can take to the waters during the day and at night, when the sun has gone down. If you can, try and do both as you will get two completely different experiences!

Getting to Hong Kong in the first place is quite easy. There are countless flights to Hong Kong that are available and there are plenty of places to stay in as well. You might even be able to stay in a high rise hotel that gives you a unique view every time you wake up in the morning.

In the end, you can see that Hong Kong is packed with experiences and places to go and see. It could provide the ideal venue for this year’'s holiday.
